The project is located in the Mid-Polk neighborhood, one block away from Van Ness Ave where SFMTA commenced construction of the new $309 million Rapid Transit System. Upon completion in 2021, this system will serve as an extension of BART along the Van Ness Corridor.
Adjacent to lower Pacific Heights, the Mid-Polk neighborhood is home to numerous mature, high-end residential communities and retail amenities. It’s a dynamic neighborhood where fourth generation locals mingle with newcomers, where 100-year old oyster bar shares with street with new cafes and steak houses.
With 16 parking spaces, 44 bicycle stalls, a rear courtyard, and a large roof deck, the project broke ground in the first quarter of 2018, and is scheduled to commence pre-sales in the third quarter of 2019.
