Dwight

Dwight, a 1965-vintage, 28-unit student housing apartment community located four blocks away from the UC Berkeley campus. This property is very close to the main University dormitories and is located in the southside, a heavily supply-constrained market with plenty of amenities. As a part of the renovation, we will increase the number of residential units as well as bedrooms to serve the increasing demand of the local student community.
